L'hotel està en una zona força tranquil·la en una àrea encara allunyada del centre, pel que no hi ha gaires comerços o restauració al seu voltant. Ara bé, l'estació del costat connectat directament amb l'aeroport en uns 10 minuts i juntament amb el preu és el gran al·licient d'aquesta casa reconvertida a hotel, amb entrada a qualsevol hora del dia amb un codi numèric. Molt convenient per passar-hi una nit d'emergència.
