Perfect location for a one night stay whilst transiting Germany by train, under five minutes from hautbahnhof. Room was clean, bed very comfy and an excellent shower...perfect!

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage. Mitten in der Innenstadt, 2 Min zu Fuss vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Um die Ecke ist ein Parkhaus, das aktuell (06/2024) 19,00 Euro pro Nacht kostet. Die Zimmer sind etwas kleiner, aber noch gepflegt. Sie kommen aber langsam vom Design her in die Jahre. Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas zu klein für eine Vollauslastung des Hotels, es kann also zu Wartezeiten kommen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist aber sehr vielfältig und gut.

We have stayed in this hotel at least 4 times (most recently Nov/Dec 23) and it is in an excellent location and area near the Hauptbahnhof and the main shopping area. It is in very easy walking distance to all the Weihnachtsmarkt locations when there pre-Christmas. The rooms are so clean and have excellent facilities including a reasonable fridge, 43" flat screen tv, safe and now a kettle and mugs etc. for tea & coffee. The large King size double is extremely comfortable.The breakfast is excellent (17 euros) with both hot and cold, albeit we mainly have breakfast from the fridge in the room courtesy of close by Lidl or Rewe supermarkets................ We only have 2 negative comments as follows; (1) occasionally not enough staff on the reception desk to deal with new arrivals or answer queries from existing clients quickly enough and (2) On all our visits (in winter) particularly when very cold, there has been quite a draft of cold air from windows, however this intermittent issue does not outweigh the advantages of staying at this hotel. We really like it; very good Germanic cleanliness and attention to detail. Phil & Linda Ratcliffe

Die Lage des Hotels in der Nähe des Bahnhofs ist perfekt, alles andere kann ich nicht unbedingt empfehlen fuer den Preis: Die Zimmer sind sehr klein, unser Fernseher war nicht funktionsfähig (ein Problem mit der Antenne(. Als es regnete waren keine Regenschirme fuer die Hotelgäste verfügbar. Die Badezimmertuer in unserem Zimmer schloss nicht richtig. Als ich Aends um eine neue Packung Kleenex an der Rezeption bat (in unserem Bad waren keine mehr da und wurden nicht aufgefüllt), sagte man mir man würde sie gleich bringen. Nichts geschehen, erst am anderen Tag mit der Zimmerreinigung.

Everything went very well and the staff was very helpful. The location is great near the train station. I will definitely plan on staying again on my next trip to Hannover.
