There’s no kettle / coffee majer or iron in business rooms. Why do I have to go to lobby for just a coffee or to iron in front of all guests?

Ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles, mais à peine 3. L’équipement est très sommaire Le restaurant n’est pas ouvert le soir. Les alentours sont horribles. Le plus est beaucoup mais vraiment beaucoup trop élevé pr rapport au niveau des prestations.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu, alle Möbel makellos, alles schön unangetastet. Das Zimmer war klimatisiert, was bei 30 Grad Plus draußen ein Segen war. Leider ist mir das Designer-Waschbecken als recht unpraktisch vorgekommen: Das Wasser sammelt sich teilweise auf der breiten, als Ablage gedachten Oberfläche und fließt kaum ab, so dass meine Kulturtasche von unten komplett durchnässt wurde. Desweiteren war das Personal nicht sehr höflich und wirkte kurz angebunden. Vielleicht hatten sie einfach einen schlechten Tag, auffällig war es dennoch. Ich habe zudem keine Bestätigung der Buchung erhalten und musste mich selbst erkundigen, ob die Buchung eingegangen ist und ob man mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel überhaupt rechne. Von anderen Hotels bin ich da Anderes gewohnt.
