Sehr professionell und hilfsbereit, ist alles reibungslos und schnell gegangen, wir mussten nachts zum Flugzeug. Trotzdem gut geschlafen und schnell weg. Transfer sehr gut und viele Möglichkeiten. Personal hatte eine wohlwollende entspannte Ausstrahlung.

Nice stay

The staff were very polite and friendly, the room was spacious but it was quite drafty. The bed was comfortable, the meals were good in the restaurant. Location is right next to the airport, very convenient for my particular situation.

Disappointing

We booked 3 rooms for 7 nights for 2024 IAA Transportation at €6,191. We arrived late, and I don't have a kattle (my colleagues have). I called the front desk who asked whether I come with a group from Beijing. I said no then they sent me a kattle which is not working so I took it to the reception at around 8:30pm. Thewere a bit hesitated to give me another one. Then someone finally gave me one then said 'this is for water, not for soup!' It's inappopriate for sure then I escalated. The ladies at front desk then sent me 30euros vochure as apology and explained that was a joke! Really?! Leonardo used to be my choice when I was on business trip but Leonardo Hannover Airport is very disappointing.
