I thoroughly enjoy staying at this hotel. The staff is exceptionally polite and respectful, and we were delighted by the thoughtful welcome drink and relaxing foot massage — a perfect way to unwind after our flight. Our room is clean, modern, and comfortable, and the receptionist was extremely helpful in assisting with our tour bookings. The sauna and steam room were both spacious and well-maintained. However, the body massage fell short of expectations. Despite filling out the spa request form, our masseuses didn't focus on the requested pressure points. Aside from this, everything else was flawless, and we had a wonderful stay.

We loved our time here. The staff are great - a big call out to Chad and the team for making our stay so enjoyable. The staff seem genuinely happy to have you there and go out of their way to help you with recommendations and transport around the city. The hotel is slightly tucked away which was a plus - Grab's are very easy to catch from the doorstep. The rooftop pool and spa service was great too. We'll be back when we next visit Hanoi

The property was absolutely delightful. Fantastic room with separate sitting area and hot tub. The staff were all keen to help and very attentive, and we really loved their interactions with us. They could not have been more willing to provide a great sevice. However staff did not seem to have been trained to a standard warranting a 5 star rating and there appeared to be no hospitality-experienced managerial staff to direct / oversee. As a result, service was slow, multiple people tried to take orders at breakfast, orders were wrong and this reduced our satisfaction with the property. There was a beautiful store in the hotel, but on at least two occasions during our stay a group of people were using it exclusively to play cards and were smoking there. This is totally unacceptable as the products / shop smelled of smoke afterwards (and I'm a smoker ... and it annoyed me). I would recommend the hotel employs some senior staff with a proven track record of working in 5 star hotels to up its game a lot.

Great new hotel on quiet neighborhood from lake. Great service. Food good but this is not 5 star dining. Rooms are gray Bathroom is great. Not sure why t You would pay more to stay in noisy old qtr with small room. Beautiful property. Lots of green.

What an amazing hotel! Part of me doesn’t want to shout too loud, but actually as they limited number of rooms I am sure it will always be the amazing, tranquil oasis that I had the pleasure of staying at here in Hanoi. I travel the globe, I’ve stayed in all the big hotels raving about service, and generally they are run down with too many guests spoiling my peace and quiet! Stay at elegant mansion 88 and have the 5 star luxury - elevated with 5 star personal service. This is an amazing place and I wish them well.

We changed to this hotel after being in the Old quarter which was just too busy. This hotel is on the lake and in a peaceful setting, not too far from shops if you need to go to them. The hotel is gorgeous, very stylish and very clean. We were upgraded to a suite by Dat who gave great customer service, he went above and beyond, like turning up at our door without request to take our bags at 530 am for our early departure. If you are looking for somewhere out of the craziness and a luxury stay then stay here. I wouldn’t hesitate to go back.
