It was tucked away in an alley making the hotel out of sight. It was fairly decent for its room rate but there was quite a bit of drilling ongoing during our stay. The lobby and alley was lined by smokers and reeks of cigarettes the whole day. Could’ve been better but no complaints for its rate.

We had a wonderful stay here. The staff were very attentive, especially Alex the concierge. We had many questions, as it was our first stop/city in Vietnam and he was so kind and helpful. We were heading off to ninh binh after Hanoi, and Alex helped us arrange a bus to get there. Hanoi is a very busy and noisy city, and the hotel is tucked in the alleys slightly away from the chaos. The room windows are completely sealed so we did not hear any of the street noise, it was amazing. We rented a scooter from the hotel and it was convenient to travel to all the popular locations. We would highly recommend staying here.

Enjoyed our stay. Great staff, comfortable beds, quiet, good air conditioning, plenty of choices on buffet breakfast. Several good cafes on the street. Booked another night for when we returned from Halong Bay. Not the Ritz but very good value and all you need for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is quiet and a short walk from the shops. It’s easy to get a taxi, and the staff are happy to help. The hotel looks small from outside but has plenty of room inside, good for groups. You’ll take nice pictures there, and the breakfast has lots of fruit.

Everything is so smooth : -The room is great, it’s relatively large enough to accommodate a couple with a few suitcases, fully furnished, and clean because it is cleaned every day, it’s also quiet. -Breakfast is very good, you can freely choose from a variety of dishes. The restaurant area is very spacious and provides an exquisite backdrop for photos. -The staff are excellent, always ready to help customers with hotel services or provide useful travel information. In particular, Alex Tran arranged a high-quality Halong, Ninh Binh, and Sapa tour. -This is a hotel worth choosing and offers good value for money.

Worth the price, they arranged a room for me on a high floor that was extremely quiet; the mattress and pillows were very soft, making sleep very comfortable. They introduced me to a great tour on a nearby boat, which was a clean and modern means of transportation.

The hotel is in a quiet area, not too many motorbikes, however it only takes a few minutes to get to beer street, Night Market and with a taxi, going to Ho Chi Minh Museum is also very simple. Staff are polite and always ready to help. Wifi speed is very fast. I will definitely choose this hotel if I have the opportunity to come back to Hanoi.
