Lovely hotel in a quiet street but a close walk to everything. Staff here couldn't have been more friendly and helpful! The Manager was very professional and attentive. The room was spacoous and very clean. Breakfast was also included which was very good!!! They also had great Spa in house. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

First of all a special mention to Tommy who contacted me direct via Whatsapp months previously when I first booked the hotel. He was more than helpful and very informative. As were all the hotel staff. The room was fine and the breakfast very good. Although not easy to find on foot they gave you a street map which helped a lot to get your bearings in the old quarter of Hanoi. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It is very close to the night market and Kiem Lake and it was great to walk round the bustling streets. Elsa at reception organised a private 4 hour jeep tour around the good and bad areas of Hanoi which was amazing, and they also gave us a discount.

We stayed here for several nights both at the beginning and end of our holiday in North Vietnam and in the middle they happily looked after our luggage during the day when we transferred from Sapa to the airport to fly to Hoi An. On all occasions we were given such a warm welcome and by the end greeted as long lost friends. Pickups and drop offs to airports/ train stations etc were efficient and always on time. Staff are only too happy to help with advice on where to go or help to book anything. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is in a great location close to the night market and Old Quarter with a huge choice of restaurants close by. Some rooms are better appointed than others but all are very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were good and gave a wide choice of both European and Vietnamese food and my husband would definitely recommend the pancakes! This was a great hotel and we would thoroughly recommend it as a place to stay while in Hanoi. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable.

Amazing hotel with excellent staff. Elsa makes you feel really welcome and cannot do enough to make your stay comfortable and fun. You can book some great tours here too (stand out for me was the trip to Ninh Binh). I felt so very well looked after and that everything had been taken care of before I arrived. The en-suite room was spacious, clean and had excellent wi-fi connectivity. Breakfast is fantastic and laundry service very good value. 10 out of 10!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location in the center of the old town, yet calm street avoiding traffic noise. Breakfast was really good and with plenty of options. They were good recommending us activities, and also allowed us to leave the luggage for a couple of days while we were on a tour. Hotel was totally worth it. The hotel is as it represents itself, no more no less and perfect value for money.

We stayed here for several nights and the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us to make sure we were okay. All the staff are wonderful and welcoming and they helped us book a Ha Long Bay Cruise and transport to Ninh Binh. All which were great value for money! They even let us have breakfast to take away the morning of Ha Long Bay. Rooms were clean and comfy, the buffet breakfast was sooo good with lots of choice from the buffet itself and the option for freshly cooked eggs and fresh fruit, Spa room was excellent, so relaxing. The atmosphere was truly serene - warm – welcoming.Highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is staying in Hanoi.

The first 4 days in Hanoi I kept switching places. On the 5th day I found Hanoian Central hotel. Located in the centre of Hanoi, with pretty much everything in walking distance. Eventhough you are in the centre, you can still get a good night of sleep. The street of the hotel is really quiet, the bed is the most comfortable I had in Vietnam and the room is clean. Next to that, the staff is kind, speaks English and they have a travel agency inside that is not just trying to sell, but really wants what is the best for you. I can really recommend this place. Thank you, I enjoyed my stay

I would highly recommend staying at this hotel, it is excellent value for money. We had stayed one night at the Hanoian Centrel Hotel, and when I was too unwell to catch our flight to Singapore, they found room for us at short notice in this hotel. We ended up staying four nights as we were both unwell, and the staff were so very kind and helpful. They brought our breakfast to us each day, and each time they saw us they always asked how we were feeling. I really liked the location, and I was surprised how quiet the hotel was. All of the reception staff spoke excellent English, and were the most helpful and friendly hotel staff I have ever met.

This Hotel is a true Gem. I had a lovely stay and recommend this hotel for so meany reasons like, eg. The location is in the middle of the busy old quarter Hanoi. Street foods, coffee shops, and souvenir shops are within walking distance. It's close to Hoàn Kiếm Lake and its attractions. For people who like to explore everything on walking. The room is very clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was super nice and friendly, I always felt welcome like at Home.Next time I am back in Hanoi, I will definitely book this hotel again.

What an amazing little hotel, in a quiet street right in the heart of the Old quarter. The staff were all so helpful and friendly, particularly Andrew who could not do enough to help with anything and everything. We had the Balcony suite which was wonderful, plenty of space, great balcony and so clean, could not have been happier and also excellent value. Highly recommend and we will be back again next time in Hanoi.

Second time back to this hotel.We booked the same room 601 and it felt like coming home! Rooms clean, everything works, air-conditioning and a fan made for comfortable stay. Loved the bed, super cosy with lots of pillows! Very quiet street with some amazing coffee shops just a few metres away, and a pleasant walk to the lake. Staff were helpful and polite and would like to especially thank Mr Andrew, who was able to navigate our requests with grace and good humour. Plenty of choice for breakfast, eggs, with choice of two types of pho.

It have been twice in Hanoian Central hotel, it is a lovely hotel in the quite street with convenient location to go everywhere. The hotel staff have good attitude, the breakfast is very delicious with various option and the room are cozy, clean and very comfortable for traveler and business. The staff was kind. There was a problem with the pickup for the Halong Bay tour, but they were helpful and helpful. The room was thoroughly cleaned. The view from the window was also good. The breakfast had a wide variety and was delicious. You can choose one main dish. I would like to stay there again if I have the opportunity due to its convenient location.

Tiffany and all the staff were so helpful with arranging transport for me and helping get my trip off to a good start. They set up an airport pick up (driver didn’t have the code they sent me but it was fine). Clean room with air conditioning and balcony. The fit and finish is not luxury but it was a nice place to stay. Comfortable beds and pillows. The location was centrally located in the old Quarter. Lots of great places to eat and shop very close by.

This hotel is really lovely. The staff are wonderful and very helpful with anything you need organised. The breakfast is awesome and the rooms are equipped with everything you need. They also had the great Spa service. I would highly recommend.
