Lovely hotel in Hanoi
The staff made you feel welcome from the minute you entered the hotel, until you left. The facilities and the location are everything you could want from your stay in Hanoi. The sraff were very attentive from before your arrival, checking to see if required pick-up from the airport. I couldn't fault anything about the hotel and would highly recommend you choose it for your stay in Hanoi.

Stayed in three hotels whilst using Hanoi as a base to explore Northern Vietnam and La Siesta was by far the best. Service excellent, facilities (pool and gym) as described and a fantastic roof top bar and restaurant for breakfast. A great place to explore Hanoi.

The stay at the hotel was very good. The staff specifically Giang and Tram were always there to help and assist. The tour to Ninh Binh was well organised. Pick up and drop to airport was excellent service. Breakfast buffet was great. Highly recommended.

This property is beautiful and clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem for them. Close walking to everything you need to see in Hanoi. The pool was lovely after a long hot day.

The property is conveniently located and walking distance to many attractions. The staff was very helpful and friendly . Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The bed was comfortable, their shower was a little slippery, but we used a towel to stand on. Overall we were very pleased with our choice of staying there.
