I checked out immediately as the room had broken locks. I spoke to the manager who stated there were no more available rooms and I could check out and receive a full refund. I sent in a request to be refunded for this stay.
The room had a motel odor, didn't feel clean,towels were stained, toilet was going down slow ,call for service , front desk told me couldn't get no body to look at it until 10 am,I had such a bad experience I didn't stay my second night,booked somewhere else.
Will not be staying in any red roof anytime soon!
You get what you pay for. The room was okay, but pretty dingy. The smoke detector had been removed from the wall and some wires were all that remained. The toilet worried me. I thought it was going to overflow every time I flushed. There were holes in the comforter. But hey! We had a place to sleep.
Place was in a shady area, cubbies did not work and missing, requested new clean towels but never showed up, the pillows were flat like paper no phone in the room, nothing was plugged in, and shady people hanging outside smoking weed, the other red roof inn is slightly better
They waited until I showed up to inform me that they were fully booked, well they had a sign with a phone number in the window saying booked, call the number if you have any questions!!! I'm still waiting on a refund from Expedia..it's been almost a week now!!!

Noises, the desk service he an overall and training
Reception was terrible, firstly. It’s almost as if you shouldn’t approach the receptionist and they weren’t even able to assist to the fullest extent. The room is dirty and stinks of cigarettes, there are ants on the floor and the tv doesn’t even work.
One of the worst experiences being at a hotel. Especially checking in. You had to call someone to help you. Other than that , there was no one at the front desk. The lights were even turned off. Horrible experience.
