Hotellet var ikke i stil med prisen vi betalte. Måtte ved flere anledninger inn på kjøkkenet for å få hjelp i resepsjonen, ringeklokke var tydlig defekt. Varm mat til frokost var kald og brødet tørt. Vi bestilte et Deluxe rom og fikk et handicaprom.

Totalt sett, så var det et forholdsvis bra opphold. Hotellet var fint og trivelig. Oppholdet kunne vært enda mer trivelig, om personalet hadde vært blidere og mere service minded. Det var som at de ikke så deg.
