Our stay was excellent. From check-in to checkout, everything was fast, easy, and smooth. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. We've ordered room service a few times and every time it was delivered very fast, without any mistakes or issues. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and close to the places we wanted to visit. The room was big, cozy, and clean. The Hyatt family never disappoints. Special thanks to Pelin Gurer, the fabulous guest relations agent, who took care of our checkout. I love Hyatt hotels because they have something in common- good, calm ambiance and modern, updated rooms. I liked that the lobby had security and it was a grand entrance. However, the rooms looked like Marriott or Hilton. They were very outdated with mirrors covering the entire bathroom. The room was beige and had a 70s vibe unlike what I thought I was getting based on the photographs. I also didn’t like how even though my room was non smoking, I could smell strong smoke scents in the hallway. What I did like is how convenient it was to get to the square.

A very comfortable stay at this property, staff is extremely polite and helpful they go an extra yard to fulfill your request. The property itself is in the middle of shopping, pleasure, restaurant area.at the same time is very inclusive. They have a nice big size pool with hooka/shisha lounge.

Great properly and we stay here a few times a year coming from the states. Normally this is 5 stars but the mini bar did not work and I had medication that had to be kept cool. The mini bar worked maybe for a few hours. When we got up in the morning it was warm inside. I brought a portable mini medicine cooler which I used on the plane and moved my insulin quickly over. Hoping it didn’t got bad overnight in the fridge.
