Booking NOW for short to mid-term stays! You have private access to the spaces pictured, but the basement & backyard are unaccessible. Read below for why.
READ BEFORE BOOKING:
★ Your Private Space: You have private access to all the spaces pictured, which includes the entire main & upstairs levels, the driveway & whole front yard with covered deck, the patio with seating, and the grills & fire pit. You have access to the garage game room as well, however the homeowner quietly comes and goes to his Lower-Unit through a private door in the garage, as noted below.
★ Lower-Unit: Jake, the homeowner, has turned the basement of this property into a secure and separate lower-unit, and lives there. You will not have access to that space or the backyard/patio during your stay. Jake may be out of town for work occasionally and will quietly come and go through his private door inside the garage. Jake is very friendly and may also access his desk in the corner of the garage on occasion.
★ Lower-Unit Tenant: A long-term tenant is currently renting a room of the lower-unit from Jake and living with him. He has his own private parking space and accesses his apartment by the private backyard patio entrance through the back of the home. He does not have any contact with guests and does not have access to the garage like Jake does.

✔ Four guests are included in the base nightly rate. For any more guests, five and over, there is a $20 extra guest charge, per guest per night.

✔ Lost and found items are a $15 service charge + shipping costs to send back any forgotten items you want returned.
SLOW, SPOTTY INTERNET
✔ Due to the location, we are unable to get high-speed internet to the home yet. We are always checking to see if anything has been updated in the area and when they do, we will make sure wifi is faster. If you're coming to stream movies, you may experience many pauses and loading sessions.
STREAMING
✔ Guests must have their own Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, etc. accounts to access streaming services that aren't free. We do not have a Guest Account.
BIKES & BELONGING STORAGE

LOWER-UNIT APARTMENT

The garage game room is also apart of your rental to use, but be aware when Jake is coming or going, as noted above.
✔ Lower-Unit: Jake, the homeowner, has turned the basement of this property into a secure and separate lower-unit, and lives there. You will not have access to that space or the backyard/patio during your stay. Jake may be out of town for work occasionally and will quietly come and go through his private door inside the garage. Jake is very friendly and may also access his desk in the corner of the garage on occasion.

✔ All three doors leading to the Lower-Unit Apartment are labeled with “No Guest Access” signs and are locked. One is on the door in the garage, one on the door in the kitchen, and one on the basement patio door in the back.
GUEST ACCESS
The front door has an electronic lock, so all people need to do to get checked into the home is the 4 digit code to that lock. That code will be given to you with the check-in instructions prior to your arrival.
