Comfortable beds await in each of the three main-level bedrooms: the first on the left boasts two twin beds, the second a queen size, and the third on the right is the master suite with a queen size bed and private full bathroom. A full bathroom with a tub/shower combo graces the main hallway. The lower level unveils a den with a queen size bed and an engaging game room adorned with a poker table, board games, a ping pong table, and portable skeeball. Convenience meets functionality with the inclusion of a washer and dryer on the lower level.

RIVER ACESS. Guests utilizing the key to access the river lot are required to return the key upon departure and send a confirmation message to the host to acknowledge its return. In the event of loss or misplacement of the key, resulting in its unavailability, guest(s) will be subject to a fee of $500.00. This fee is non-negotiable and NO exceptions will be made.
