One mile from Hersheypark and ZooAmerica, across from huge shopping mall. 1200 sq ft 2 BR sleeps 8. 1 King bed, 2nd BR has 2 Doubles, 1 sofa bed in living room, 2 full baths, full kitchen, dining area, fireplace, laundry in unit. Indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, fitness area, playground and game room. There is also a business center. Free wi-fi, flat-screen TVs. Great area for sightseeing!

I personally will not be at the unit to meet you. You will be reserving in your name and checking in just as you would any hotel reservation. I will be transferring the reservation to your name and you will check-in to get your key and parking pass at the Registration building. The front desk can answer any questions you have about your stay.

Other things to note:

1) Because this is a timeshare location, you will be invited to a completely OPTIONAL Preview meeting where they will share with you everything the company has to offer. This meeting is optional and you are not required to attend to be able to book with me.

2) Upon check-in you will be asked for a credit card as a security deposit, just like you would at a hotel. Nothing extra will be charged unless you damage the unit.

3) You must be 21 to check-in.

Perfect for families!
From beginning to end the stay was fantastic. Marlene was incredibly helpful and responsive, as were the on-site staff. The rental was spacious - we appreciated having two bedrooms and two bathrooms in addition to the living room and full kitchen. It gave us all space to relax. The rooms are adequately soundproof. Even with a holiday weekend, we couldn’t hear the folks in the neighboring rooms. You could hear the train outside the window at night but it wasn’t disruptive to us. We did bring a sound machine for one room but my daughter in the other room wasn’t woken by the train even though she didn’t have a sound machine. The location is also convenient to Hersheypark and the outlets and neighboring restaurants. We were able to walk right over to the outlets on Black Friday with no issue and no need to worry about parking. We will be back!

Very nice stay
Lots of space for a family to spread out. Comfy beds and very clean. Great location as well, close to outlets and the park. Check in and check out were simple. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful accommodations in perfect location.
I loved the fact that it was across the parking lot from the outlet mall. There was a Red Robin restaurant that we could walk to so that was nice.
