I liked that the swimming pool was open to 10:00 pm. After 12 hr drive I could have nice relaxing exercise. Over all nice clean please with good breakfast.

First room I was in the lock would not work properly. Once I got it locked I could not unlock it. When I went to call the Desk as I was locked in my room, I found out the phone does not work. When I go down to switch rooms, the only thing asked is “can I put another guest in it”to which I said “it’s not safe” Michael at the Desk said but did you touch anything to which I said no. Upon Check Out Michael would not give me any receipt because I booked through Expedia. The hotel was the one that put a hold on my car. I wanted proof that there was a zero balance he refused to give me any. The people above me were extremely loud and banging around all night since it took me 30 minutes to get a blanket requested, calling the desk would be pointless. I am definitely extremely disappointed in this Hilton property.

Michael at the front desk was friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great and 24/7 decaf and regular coffee and tea was a nice bonus. Room was clean and we will definitely stay here again!

Absolitely horrendous staff- said i jad no confirmation when i called hotels.com they did have a valid booking. This lady made my daighter cry on her birthday and did absolutely nothing but say i have no rooms. She refused to get a manager to address it- i had to drive 45 mins to another hotel and pay 500 dollars to have a room- please never stay here !!!!

Staff were amazing. Very clean. The only negative I had was that my room had no towels, so I had to get dressed and go down to the front desk from the 4th floor to pick them up in the morning. The breakfast lady was especially kind.
