Clean room and hotel. This was my second stay in 2 weeks and both rooms had HVAC issues. Woke up to 85-86 degrees. Staff was helpful and responded immediately but HVAC fixes take some time

No hot water in the evening. We were already settled. I contacted the desk and they put a work order in. By morning definitely better but not hot. Other then that clean room, excellent breakfast. Staff was very attentive.

I was amazed how clean and friendly this place was. The price was great . I will definitely book again the next time I visit Hershey park. Best part Hollywood casino is a mile away.
