This hotel was extremely peaceful. My hot water took a little while to heat up but Michael was ready to move my room if needed. It ended up working just fine. The hotel lobby is very clean. Staff ia friendly. They accommodated a late checkout since my work shift doesn’t start until 3pm. I was able to stay in their lobby for a little extra time also. The bed is comfortable. WiFi is fast. Not once single complaint!!!

The room was very clean. Facility is pretty new. The king size room is small. The breakfast was actually good. The only thing is that I found 4 live cockroaches in the span of two nights in my bathroom. The manager did offer to switch my room but I felt like it would be the same thing since cockroaches travel from place to place. It was snowing and i couldn’t go somewhere else. I was there for a training and only needed to sleep there at night. So, I just made sure all my belongings were closed and didn’t bring any food to my room.

This Tru Hotel wasn't as nice as the others we stayed at. Rm210 had no cold water in sink. Rm 410 wasn't ready when we arrived at 4pm. So it was okay stay but e we won't stay at this Tru anymore. Unfortunately. We often go to this area about twice a year.
