Checked in around 10pm after driving 14 hours to no hot water in the room so I had a cold shower. Talked to the front desk that night who said she would alert the maintenance in the morning. 2nd day, still no hot water. Left to care for my mother who lives in this area. Spoke again to the desk who explained the hot water tank/boiler was on the opposite side of the hotel and we needed to let the water run for a while. 2nd night we did finally get like warm water. 3rd night (Friday) we finally had hot water. Just in time for the weekend guests, which seems suspicious! Overall the hotel is bare minimum of what the Hilton reputation has been. Affordable but lacking.

Worst, most traumatic hotel stay of my life. I was out of town for a very important boards exam for medical school. It was imperative that I be on time, which is why I chose this hotel, as it was the closest one to the testing center. As I was preparing to leave in the morning, I discovered that the deadbolt was stuck and would not unlock, essentially trapping me in the room. I called the front desk, and was told that the maintenance person would not be in for a couple more hours, but that someone would be up to try and unlock the door. At first, I was accused of not knowing how to unlock the door. Then, I could hear them prying at the lock with some sort of tool, followed by them watching a YouTube video on how to unlock it. This entire time I’m panicking about being trapped in the room and being late for my test, so I ended up having to call the fire department myself in order to get let out.

Clean and cozy room, fun indoor pool. It's also great having tea available 24/7, having shampoo, conditioner and body wash offered by the establishment, and the breakfasts are always yummy.
