Pros: Close access to restaurants and shopping. Quiet property. Staff was super nice and accommodating. Beds are super comfortable. Bathroom is a nice size. Free access to washer and dryer. Cons: only ice maker or machine is the one in your freezer. For people staying for sport tournaments, it’s nice to have an ice machine for coolers and water jugs. Found 1 roach in my bathroom. Cleaning service only comes once every 7 days. I had to take room trash out and place in larger trash can at end of hall. I had to switch bath towels out every day. Only one elevator. Pool was out of service.

Wet floor sign left in middle of hallway floor. Floor was not wet. Everything else was in good condition. Room was super clean. Will defiantly stay again

Made reservations for two double. Received a phone call saying that they made a mistake on reservations and that we would have one double bed. I thought this was unacceptable, I told him so and they offered a cot. I feel the price was a little bit high because we paid for one room and receive something else. From now on, I’ll considering going elsewhere for a more reliable place

Don't trust this hotel
Hotel called the morning of check in, telling me that they moved my reservation to another property. The other peoperty was one I avoided booking. There was also no offer of compensation for going to the less expensive property.

I really liked this place. We came for one night to go to Hershey. Upon entering, super clean. Front desk was EXTREMELY nice. That is probably the nicest front desk staff I have ever encountered. Pool and hot tub area was really nice. So warm in the pool room, so you do not freeze when exiting the water. We had a 2 bed suite with full kitchen. Beds were comfy, kids had room to play. I will definitely stay again!
