The hotel was in a sketchy part of town. The pool was actually next door and closed. Very limited breakfast offered. The hotel and rooms need a big update.

Filthy and unsafe hotel
Hotel was the worst I have ever seen. The 1st room we were given had been slept in and used and wasn’t cleaned. The 2nd room had visible stains and mold in the room. We did not stay. They just wanted to keep offering different rooms.

Do not stay here. We were only needing a place to sleep overnight so we were not concerned in advance that it was more of a budget-friendly option, though still positioned as a clean and safe accommodation. In addition to significant disrepair of the building, right after checking in we had to go to front desk to get one of the two rooms changed as the bed was disturbed and there was a horrible smell in the room. Both rooms were dirty (crumbs and sticky solution on carpets, our kids couldn’t walk around in socks), there were stains on the bed sheets, and one bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. Upon inspecting the rooms we simply could not stay there as it was so unclean and felt unsafe for children. We called Expedia who advised the hotel and they said refund would be arranged Monday ( as it was after hours on a weekend) we booked alternate accommodation and left. When we got to our alternate location, the front desk staff there mentioned that this location is known for being unsafe, unclean, and not a family friendly location. In follow up on the refund on Monday, we were simply told by Expedia that “the manager has decided not to refund the booking” and nothing they can do.

We were visiting the area with another family. They checked in but was very apprehensive because of the area and then when they got to their room. It looked like someone broke in with a crowbar at one point. The walls had marks all over them. They checked out. We did not even check in. The pictures are deceiving.

The property was really dirty. I checked in and out of rm 151. The door latch was broken in half. The bed sheets had blood & other fluids on them. The bathroom was missing part of the wall. When i complained, the front desk invited me to look at another room. Even though I was sick to my stomach I agreed to try. There was food crumbs on the bed & lotion on the headboard. I barely escaped vomiting when the employee smeared it around. Not sure why she touched it. In any case, Im in a different hotel and city every week, take my word for it. This place is gross.

Hotel staff were rude, overcharging thing that I never ever used, hotel deplorable conditions, NO toilet paper, dirty filthy towels, mold all over the bathroom, broken sheets, charged for parking without offering security, got to checkout earlier due to the bad conditions and they charged me almost $100 over. Absolutely the worst disgusting hotel stay ever. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

Our section of hotel was pretty outdated. The air conditioners vented into hallway making it very hot, but the rooms were cold. Would stay again.

Terrible Experience
We arrived and checked-in, but unfortunately the hotel was absolutely filthy! We went to our room and that was also filthy! It smelled, the carpet was torn, the bathroom was dirty, the towels did not look clean, the bathroom floor was so sticky our feet stuck to the floor. Also, the area seemed very bad and there were men hanging out in the parking lot. We were afraid if we stayed there we would be dealing with bugs and our car might be stolen. We checked out and told the receptionist why. She said she would move us to another room, but the place was so bad that we could not stay there at all. It was filthy and unsafe! We checked out and drove 25 miles to another hotel in a safer area. We ended up staying at a Fairfield and had to pay a little more, but the hotel was clean and we felt much safer!
