We stayed there 2 years ago and thought they had done updates to the rooms . The only updates were some paint . The room was fairly clean except for some cobwebs. No room service for the days we spent there but I’m sure if we asked for clean towels we could have gotten some . All we needed was a place to sleep and it worked fine for that .

We were traveling from CT to TN, it was getting late and needed 2 rooms for the night. Through Expedia I found this Wyndham right off the interstate, very reasonable price and offered a free breakfast. The gentleman at the desk was very nice, got us rooms across the hall from each other. Everything was clean, the rooms were very nice, roomy and comfortable beds. The breakfast was very good, had lots to choose from.

I pulled into the parking lot and I didn't even want to try to stay there. I felt unsafe to be there with my family. I went into the hotel to cancel the reservation. No one was a the desk. I walked out and called to cancel the reservation. They still charged me for the first night. Advertisement for the property was incredibly misleading.

Property is tired. Bathtub had a peel and stick cover in it. Room walls were cream and felt dirty. TV remote couldnt change the display size so far left and right of image was cutoff. Pool area felt very dated and had a bit of a curry smell.

The room was small. Hardly any walking space, the bed was itchy, and the outlets were hard to reach.

I had a group of 4 ladies from my family. We stayed for 4 nights. Our room was never cleaned or checked on. We always had to run down get more garbage bags and toiletries when needed. I asked the third night if we could get some new items and was told they were busy. Finally last morning we were there they came at 930am. We were still sleeping we weee there for the spooktacular at Hershey. The room was nice. We just never got checked on.

Not good. The heat did not work, the faucet taps were switched so the hot water was on the right and the cold was on the left. I am handicapped and asked for a room not too far away from an elevator. I was given a too In the old tower with no elevator at all so I had to walk up a flight of stairs and down a hallway. One of the lamps did not work. The side of the sheet on one of the. Ed’s was stained. The soap in the box for the tub was opened.

Bathroom and curtains were deplorably dirty, which we didn’t notice at check in because it was late and the lighting was awful in the room. The pool and hot tub were over chlorinated to the point of eye and skin discomfort, and the hot tub jets only worked for 5 mins every 70. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable, the most redeeming factor of the stay. It was excessively noisy with people being loud and drunk in hallways, car alarms going off, people banging on doors at all hours. You could hear the neighbors television through the wall, but thankfully nothing else from the room. If you want comfortable beds and sleep like the dead it would be perfect for you. Light sleepers should avoid like the plague.
