There was man's beard hair all over our bathroom floor the corners of the sink were not properly cleaned under the toilet rim was black with mold. The shower I went to buy cleaner to clean it the shower walls had so much soap scum on them you had to scrape it off. Corners of bathroom floor had caked up black gunk in them. Kids were running above our room back and forth when we arrived however the staff was kind enough move our room to the top floor where the TV was working as well. They tried just need better cleaning staff

This was a very convenient hotel for a quick getaway to celebrate my parents' 50th anniversary. We were very impressed with the options on the breakfast bar. Friendly, helpful staff as well. Our room was comfortable and clean. Lots of parking and a nice pool, too. :) Would recommend.

this was an average hotel stay. you get what you pay for. the room wasn’t fully cleaned, especially the bathroom. both rolls of toilet paper were half used and there was hair and stains in the shower. it was fairly clear the place isn’t deep cleaned before your stay, so if you’re a clean freak, i’d recommend looking into other places. the staff was excellent. there was always somebody at the desk to help. there was an ice machine, however, no water fountain or drinking source apart from water bottles behind the desk that you would have to pay for. the mini fridges in the room are also NOT fridges, they’re freezers. overall, this was a safe and convenient choice for a 2 day stay to see a concert this past weekend. considering the rates are so cheap, i probably would stay here again

Sleep in and Suites is our go to when visiting Hershey. It is about a 30 minute drive to the park but it is right off the highway. Hotel is clean, staff is friendly and the breakfast is decent (I wish they had hot options besides Jimmy dean sandwiches)

We got two rooms, both on the side facing the Interstate. It was very loud but didn't keep me from sleeping. It did bother my husband. We went to the pool. It was fun but a little cold - the heat could be turned up a little bit. The bathroom had hair on the floor, there was a cobweb on the ceiling above my head, and the hallway from the exit sign to the end of the building on the ceiling to about halfway down was full of cobwebs. After my husband walked into the cobwebs, we stayed away from that end of the building. The front desk lady was super nice and had lots of ideas for us. The breakfast was okay but could be a bit better. There was no meat, only boiled eggs. Plenty of other stuff though. My husband didn't like it so we went out for breakfast on our 2nd day. Overall, a good place to stay that could use a few tweeks.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean and all the amenities were available as promised. The only downside was the snacks available at the counter were cash only. Aside from that, it was a great stay.
