Don’t trust the pictures. That are clearly AI or architectural rendering. The place is old and dirty. There was a dirty sock in the doorway when I checked in. They wouldn’t approve a refund.

AVOID at ALL COSTS
I didn't stay. My daughter and I were there visiting JMU, I knew we should have left when the sign at the days desk said something along the lines of "you can only stay 80 days before you have to check out then come back after a week" but I had already paid. There were groups of men sitting in the parking lot drinking and smoking, I wasn't going in my room by myself. I booked another room down the road. I've stayed in some places but do not book here for any reason. The couple in front of my at the new hotel did the same thing, completely false advertising. I can't speak of the room, I never left my car. Also look up "shopping cart killer" I'll leave it there.

Smoke smelling room
The main issue was that it smelled like someone had been smoking in the room daily. When I told the front desk that the room smelled of smoke, he handed me a bottle of air freshener. This felt insulting. I was not able to get a refund or get a different room. We stayed the first night of our 2 night stay, but we cut our losses and left for the second night even though I paid $200 per night for this terrible room.

We left after five minutes. The place smelled so stinky with smoke. We could not take it. We literally turned around, walked out and decided to drive home. The staff refused to give us a refund.

Easy check in. Motel style property where you drive up to your room. Upon entering room, had a slight smell of smoke in nonsmoking room. Room clean. Toilet seat needs replaced- stained and discolored. Sink and tub had stoppers removed.

The room was not clean the remote was broken. The floors were cracked and the floor boards weak. The towels were filthy. Needs paint. The room needs maintenance. The front door did not latch well. The sheets were old. It smelled in the room. Definitely no higher than a one star motel. Unfortunately it was the only place with a vacancy, so we stayed. But never again.

We left. I booked this room months ago when it was our only option. The hotel staff was nice. We entered the room- it was clean but smelled. The furniture was falling apart, the tub was stained, the walls were marked up. Somehow we were about find another room for that was close and a good price for our stay.

The worst customer service i have ever experienced at a hotel. I reserved 2 rooms for the weekend. I go into one of the 2 rooms which is suppose to be non smoking smells like an ashtray. So i go to front desk where the lady is oh so friendly... The other room was fine. So i told front desk lady about room she says ill change your room. I said awesome go to new room smelled of mildew and the walls were sweating it was so hot in room turn the ac unit on. Check sheets on beds and i find Pubic hair and urine stains on sheets. I again go to front desk where the lady states out of rooms you dont like ill cancel your reservation. I said maam i drove 5hrs im not asking for anything special a clean room. She says she can get a house keeper at 11pm to look at room i said maam i am exhausted. She says you can shack up in one room. Mind you i have placed reservation for 2 rooms one for my family and other for my inlaws. I ask for a refund for my room and do so cause im out of options. So i end up shacking up with the inlaws. Have to jump through hoops to get a refund. Still pending. So we are all inone room i called asked for a couple more pillows. Was told no there are four in there. I asked for towels onlybhad 2 in room 4 people in room housekeeping said no one for one exchange. I said hey four people need more towels. He says no and walks away. By far the worst hotel and customer service i have every experienced.

ok for the $
Pre booked our room. The room they gave us seemed to be in the middle of long term renters. We asked to be moved and without problem they gave us another room in a better location. The new room was ok, biggest complaint, the floor hadn't been swept/mopped after last guest and the tub towel was stained. The price was very good so overall not terrible.

I did make a reservation for a non-smoke room. Once I enter the room was I feel a strong smell of cigaret from the bathroom.but I feel al around the whole room. Also at breakfast Timothy only thing available was coffee not even fruit.. Thats a continental breakfast!!!!!
