Driving home from Christmas visit up north.
Front desk staff are exceptional! Knowledgeable and very kind. Had great recommendations for dinner! My only complaints are, there was a bit of uncleaned floor area next to bathtub, and the breakfast was quite disappointing. Both would not deter us from staying there again. It was close to interstate 81 to get on and off and easily accessable.

Expedia sold me a two star hotel when i was looking for 3-4 star one and didnt even have the room that i ordered (this was not the hotels fault and the staff was lovely. I ordered a king room which they never had any availability for and only had a double room available). I did not receive what i paid for and am terribly disappointed with my experience through Expedia
