Conference Apartment is a 2 bedroom duplex apartment (2 levels) with 2 super-king bedrooms both with their own bathroom. Perfect for a family holiday or business travellers looking for a comfortable place to relax after a busy day. Located close to Harrogate's town centre, on the trendy King's Road, opposite the Harrogate Convention Centre. Close proximity to independent bars, restaurants and the shops.
Dog friendly, with an extra charge of £20 per well behaved dog to cover additional steam cleaning post stay (in case future guests have allergies).
1 parking space in our small on site private car park. Additional on street parking permits available for additional cars at £7.50 each. Child friendly and we welcome little guests.

This apartment sleeps 4 in total, features a fully fitted kitchen and a separate living room with dining area.

Two En-suite bedrooms both with super-king zip & link beds (beds can be made into twins) with luxurious Egyptian cotton bedding & towels provided. 32" SMART TV in the master bedroom. Bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs. Toiletries are provided.

Kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine (pods provided), large American style fridge freezer, oven, induction hob, microwave oven.

The lounge has a 2 seater sofa, 3 seater sofa, 43" SMART TV including Netflix & Amazon Prime apps.

A jewel of a place
A beautiful, welcoming and inviting property. Warm and like being given a hug! Location is superb. Lydia, our host, could not have been more helpful. She answered every query pretty much instantly. Access was easy too. We would definitely recommend a stay here. Thank you to Lydia for giving us a hugely memorable cousins’ reunion!

Fabulous stay in Harrogate
Great property in a fantastic location, 1 minutes walk to restaurants and bars. Lovely bright living room, spacious kitchen and big bathroom. Communication with the owner was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful place to stay in Harrogate
We loved this well appointed home and it was a joy to make it ours for a couple of days. Convenient to get to and comfortable throughout. We missed the entrance through the back-door at first but a good read of the check-in instructions, soon set us right. The icing on the cake would have been if the coffee machine's milk steaming function and the ice-dispenser worked. However, these were not of material importance to us on this trip - so didn't bother us too much. Thanks Lydia for your proactive and timely communications with me throughout.

Fantastic place
This property is simply great. Beautiful decor and very well equipped. We were at a conference and it couldn’t have been more convenient. Lydia was also really helpful with a couple of queries before we arrived.

Nice for short stay in Harrogate
Plenty of space for 2 couples. Posh bathroom and kitchen appliances. Able to park on site was great and owner was able To supply us with parking disc at an additional cost of £5 per day. Unfortunately some things were a little complicated to use and maybe concentrating on having modern up to date devices more money could have been spent on simplistic devices that all could use with ease. That is why i have given a 4 star. Overall though pretty good thank you.

The apartment is located very centrally, well equipped, comfortable, clean and homely. Would definitely stay again. Didn’t get 5 stars only due to some light fittings having blown bulbs. These should always be checked before new visitors. Light in downstairs basement bathroom not working making it dimly lit, no good for putting on makeup. Also bedroom (one without en-suite) dimly lit, needs to be brighter. The other bedroom and en-suite fantastic space,

Nice stay in Harrogate!
This apartment was in a very convenient area; close to the grocery store, and the downtown area. We walked to every area we wanted to visit, including the train station. Everything was updated and very nice. Just a few unwanted guest downstairs. There were a few spiders that had webs in the corners. They were of the small variety and not intrusive. We would stay again as it was very comfortable and well appointed.

Very good apartment located opposite the Conference Centre and 5 minutes walk into town. Off road parking space for the apartment outside the back door is very convenient and the space is a good size even for my 4x4. Both bedrooms are located downstairs with one en suite and the other having its' own bathroom. Both are modern and well equipped. Living area very comfortable with 2 good size sofas. Very warm weather when we stayed so really nice to have an ice dispenser in the american style refrigerator. Rest of kitchen well equipped. All in all a very good choice for a short stay in Harrogate

Convenient location, modern amenities
Very much enjoyed the apartment and all its amenities. Great location close to the shops and action but thankfully not the noise. Parking was a bit tricky on the long weekend but I had been fairly warned by my host and managed just fine. Key pick up was perfect as I could do entirely on my own schedule.
