Check in was fairly efficient though required two separate paper forms that took some time- despite my having made an online reservation. The room was clean, up to date and comfortable. There were 2 teaspoons, 1 fork and no knives in the dinnerware drawer in this room for 2-3 people. We requested a wake-up call for 4:45 am to take the airport shuttle. The clerk programmed it incorrectly and our call came at 3:45 am and we didn’t realize it until we were about to leave the room. Made for a very long day!

We had stayed at this property in May and were able to request firm pillows. On our second night I remembered and asked at the front desk - she disappeared for a long while and said she could only find one but no pillowcase. She said she would make a note and check with housekeeping. Third night when we came in I asked again - different person had no knowledge of prior inquiry and made no effort to look. Bed was terribly uncomfortable- I left with intense back pain. Also 2 people in a room typically need more than 2 sets of towels for 5 nights. Unless you stay longer than a week - there is no cleaning service you need to ask for extra towels and even toilet paper at the front desk.

Very short distance to the airport to return the rental car. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant on check in and check out.

They should've paid me to stay here!!!
Do not stay here! The hotel reeks of weed. The heating and cooling system would not shut off, regardless of the set temperature. The mattress was old and had sunken spots on both sides of the bed. While a channel guide was provided for the TV, not all channels had a signal. The nightly rate charged does not coincide with the quality level of the hotel.
