Dirt on pillows and sheets. Room condition is okay but hygiene conditions is very bad. We asked them to clean the room and they didn’t for 2 days in a row. Also breakfast was very limited and also lack of hygiene. Will never go there again

I've stayed here before and booked again for the convenience of the location. This room was ok, but the fire detector above the bed area was matted with what was once wet paper such as toilet paper or tissue. Maybe prior guests had done this to get away with smoking inside the room. You think that the housekeeping staff would have noticed and removed it so as not to violate fire and safety codes.

They checked us in knowing they didn't have any hot water. It wasn't mentioned. As soon as we realized the water was ice cold I went to speak to the employee at the front desk. Other guests was in front of me complaining about the cold water as well. The other guest stated the water was cold all day and they were told if would be fixed. The employee said they will get the plumber back in to fix this. He made it seem as if it would be handle by morning so we stayed because it was late.The next day the water was still ice cold and the employees seemed to be avoiding all the guest. They posted a sign saying there was no hot water sorry for inconvenience. It was now 1pm and I had to request a refund on hotels.com in order to reach an employee. I was refunded and I booked another hotel. Never again.

Absolutely do not recommend!
Booked through Hotels.com shortly before arrival at the hotel. Got there after a very long day of travel to find another person waiting in line at an empty desk in front of me. Several folks eating dinner in the breakfast area pointed to a closet where there was an employee eating who told me to just wait. After 15 minutes she came to the desk took care of the lady in front of me who was just checking out and then told me that there was no hot water and they should not have taken my reservation. Had to find another hotel and they charged my card, she told me to deal with Hotels.com and Hotels.com told me to deal directly with the hotel. Also had to dispute on my credit card the charge which was on hold for three days! Horrible experience

This location doesn’t seem to be fullly staffed. One employee was in charge of the front desk, the dining room, replenishment of food, and its maintenance. The small dining area was overflowing with guests and one man could not do 5 things simultaneously. More staff much needed.
