My security latch on door was broken, in in room fridge was broken, there was dirt in the shower and on the bed and the floor had stains on it next to the bed. The staff was friendly though. Very good front desk staff.

Not up to Double Tree Standards
The Building is tired. One elevator did not work and the second was very slow. Most folks choosing to take the stairs than wait. Sheets were dirty when we arrived. A call to the front desk was answered right away and house keeping arrived to remake the bed within minutes. Average hotel breakfast buffet served in a dirty restaurant area. Staff at the breakfast were there but inattentive. Front desk staff all friendly and responsive to requests. The facility could use some love though.

I was staying at a DoubleTree after a long time. Unfortunately, this property is no-where near as good as the one I stayed at earlier. I had to move to another room immediately after checkin because the bathroom sink was clogged in the first one. In general, surprisingly for a Double Tree, it did not look like a well maintained property.

We actually booked this stay last min around 11pm. No issues with check in, no issues with the room and no problems with parking. Pool is small but nice and clean. So warm in the pool area! Great distance from restaurants and fun activities. Directly across from the airport!! Breakfast was yummy.

Overall, I had a decent stay at the location. The staff were friendly. The issues I had were related to the floor I was on and the room. The bedding in the room seemed unusually thin & rigid. Secondly, the room on the floor that contained the microwave was not very clean.
