We were told upon check in that rooms would be cleaned every other day. We stayed 6 days and our room was NOT cleaned—NOT EVEN ONCE despite requesting it 3 times!!! Not great housekeeping service!

Will never stay here again
Origianly put in a handicap room. The water never got hot, the room safe was locked thus unusable and poor climate control via the ac/heat unit. They switched us to another room for our second night. Btw the staff were all very pleasant and appeared to make note of our concerns, but offered no solutions. The second room had more maintenance issues: the water still was not able to get hot as it was tepid at best; the sink filled up as it drained very slowly; the ac/heat unit was noisy, performed unevenly and apparently forced “poor” air into the room. I state it this way as my wife become unwell while we were in the room with the unit on and after we went out for the night and after turning the unit off she almost immediately felt better. When we returned some hours later we keep the unit off and had no further such issues. I spoke with the staff at the front desk about the lack of hot water and was told they were filled up so that all the hot water may have been used. This was at about 5pm so that seemed nonsensical to me. Also when we left the hotel at 6pm we saw about 30 folks in military dress check in. So while all the rooms may have been sold they sure were not occupied when we couldn’t get hot water. All in all a nice clean place, pleasant but non effective front desk staff, and very poorly maintained rooms. We would NEVER stay here again when visiting in the area.

Great Place to Stay
Very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, due to lack of assistance, check in time took over 20 minutes and our room was not ready a full hour after check in time. The breakfast served in the morning was excellent… good choice of food, including fresh fruit, servers were attentive and courteous. They made sure all dishes were replenished with no time lapse. Very impressed!
