The morning staff at breakfast was so welcoming and kind!! Overall, our stay was fantastic but the kindness at breakfast was the icing on the cake.

We travel often and stay at different lodging places around the country. Fairfield Inns normally. This one seemed as if the property was purchased from lower class hotel, i.e. Motel 6 and smelled as old carpeting, furniture, etc.. As we go through Bradley Airport often I doubt we will stay there again. Especially for the price we paid we expect a more up to date facility.

We chose this hotel because it had an 8.4 review, but we found it to be really worth less than that. We were checked in conveniently, but the clerk told us that our room would be cleaned every other day and that there would be a to go breakfast when we left early, neither none of those things happen. We stayed for four nights and the room was never cleaned. There were some hot food. It was fake food, fake eggs and turkey sausage. It didn’t taste very good time. Not one clerk at the desk greeted us or spook to us except if they thought that we were checking in again. Quiet time meant nothing. There were groups that meet in the breakfast area and in the halls at 2-3 am. The bed was too soft. Hair was in the bathroom sink, water marks on the mirror, the door was dirty, and there was a tear in the carpet. We won’t stay at this hotel again.

The room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing so many options to pick from. The staff all around was amazing but the two workers at breakfast were super friendly and went above and beyond to help.

The room was nice. I especially liked that they had grab and go breakfast for those who had early morning flights. The shuttle service to the airport was great. The staff was helpful. The hallway carpets were not as clean. There was some hallway noise heard through the door. I would stay there again.

First room we were assigned smelled horrible. They changed our room no problem. Second room smelled fine. Poor layout with couch bed blocking walkway to the bedroom area (not safe!!) both the couch bed and the regular bed were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was mediocre. I wouldn’t stay here again.
