The only issue I have is that they did not provide enough toilet paper. This basic human need should not have to be asked for and there should be plenty of toilet paper in the bathroom.

Walked into the room and it smelled like smoke. Didn't complain because it was only a one night stay and it was already 9 pm. Started organizing my things for the next morning before turning down the sheets. That's when I saw the sheets were dirty and had a stain on them. Went down to the front desk because that is totally unacceptable. The guy at the desk was extremely rude and tried to blame me because I turned the sheets down a half hour after I got into the room. Never even apologized and I had to ask for a new room. The guy in the morning at checkout was not pleasant either. Overall the hotel has a rundown feel. Would not recommend at all.

The room was clean and spacious. Lobby and hallways were clean and smelled fresh. Breakfast options included egg white/veggie omelet and turkey sausage which I appreciated.

Fantastic staff at the Holiday Inn Bradley
We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express, Bradley airport for two nights. Our flight to Hartford was delayed and arrived at 1:30am. The Holiday had a shuttle sent over within 5 minutes of my call to the front desk and had us checked in very quickly. It was great to be able to rest after such a long day traveling!

First room smelled of smoke. Moved to another and it was not much better. They do not have their own hotel shuttle - you take a parking shuttle there are no obvious options to walk to dinner - do Uber Eats worked. Not bad. Just average.
