New renovated room with comfortable bed and great bathroom, even though it was near the highway it was quiet and the staff was friendly, very basic breakfast could add some fruit and bread for toast

Our stay was good, but stains on the comforter, even though small made us feel like the beds were not super clean. I fully believe if I had of asked for new comforters they would have happily provided, we were just tired and it was late. The room smelled slightly of cigarette smoke :( Something I did appreciate was take the desk told us at check in that if we were not satisfied with the room they would give us another. Again, we were just tired.

The towels were not clean, could see a bunch of hair on it, not sure human or animal hair. Very disgusting. The AC was loud and noisy. Claimed breakfast provided but got almost nothing except coffee and orange juicy and some simple stuff. If you don’t provide enough, don’t advertise breakfast provided as we would have booked somewhere else.

Very good room for overnight stay
I was in Hartford for a convention that weekend. This was the only hotel I could find that was within a reasonable distance, was relatively affordable, and had a good user score. I can definitely say I was not at all disappointed with my stay. The room was clean, the TV had a vast number of channels, and I appreciate the availability of a fridge and microwave. Despite the relatively small size, it had a lot to offer. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

The bathroom specifically the tub and toilet were not clean. The tub had so much grime it couldn't have been cleaned in a while. Although there was an attempt to renovate much more is needed.
