Worst hotel stay
checked in and went into my room went into the bathroom and slipped because there was a cleaner or something sprayed all over the floor that was never wiped up. I called the front desk and asked if they could have someone come up and just clean it up and I was informed that housekeeping left for the day so they switched my room. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room however it smells like an ashtray I’ve checked out and my luggage when I opened it smells like it was sitting in a bar, everything smells like smoke . The new room that they put me in had a leaking toilet water all over the floor. The blow dryer did not work and the noise was so awful both nights that I stayed there. I was woken up after 11 PM with people screaming and carrying on.. finally went to check out in the morning and learned that my card been hit in the parking lot with expensive damage to the front grill and bumper had to file a police report and did not get much cooperation from the front desk when asking about their security cameras. i’ve never stated a red roof in before and I never will again this was truly the most horrific hotel stay I’ve ever encountered.

Linen was never changed, black filter in heater/ac, bathtub dirty, cat urine smell, refused to give me another room so we drove 5 hours home. Requested a refund, gentleman on night shift was nice to me but unsure if I’d receive one. I left regardless and would never recommend this place to anyone!
