Only one staff at checkin. Only one staff at checkout Once I checked in I entered room and beer cans and bottles were on the desk. No chair at desk and the bed was unmade. It took 30 minutes for the one check in lady ( who was as kind and apologetic as she could be) to get me a clean room. The one good thing was the very visible presence of the security staff.

Junkyard nightmare
I just needed somewhere to rest for a reasonable price. But it was horrible the beds were uncomfortable they speak everytime you moved also they allowed smoking so the room smelled of old smoke. The bathroom sink also linked everytime you used it. Overall not worth it that is what i get to be cheap.

Security needs to patrol the grounds
I had to ask for a refund as I did not feel safe. A man followed me into the elevator and up to my room. Her verbally harassed me and threatened me. When the tried to move my room because I didn't feel safe that he knew where I was staying, the room reeked of smoke. I couldn't stay another minute as the whole event left me very shaken.

Keys didn’t work on room. Multiple trips to front desk before they switched rooms. Hallways and rooms reeked of smoke. Beddings had stains, floor in room sticky. Elevator shook and felt unsafe (took stairs after first trip). Get what you pay for.

Nice stay.
Hotel nice and updated inside and out. Check in was smooth and staff was helpful and friendly. Elevator worked but sounded like you might die in it (loud bangs and squeaks). Coffee offered in room but not in lobby. Could have used one more pillow and the mattress was very firm. Could have used a garbage can in bathroom. I think this was a hotel that offered smoking rooms but strong smell of Marijuana was distasteful.

Our room was disgusting. So much so that we didn't end up staying. We booked an Airbnb because we couldn't imagine using the shower that was caked in black dirt and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in several years. The bed had loose hair on it, and from sitting on the corner felt like a piece of cardboard. The whole hotel also reeks of smoke. I will NEVER recommend anyone to stay here.
