Person working front desk was not able to see our booking. Sent us next door to different hotel saying they are owned by same person. Said they sometimes get mixed up, even after I showed them the confirmation email. I went next door, that person was very helpful by calling the owner directly. The owner found the booking and called the 1st person. Then, the booking was found, but showed canceled. I believe the 1st person canceled it, but can not prove it. I was instructed that I would have to call Expedia for the refund, and would have to pay for a room again. Its now after midnight, so I don't want to go elsewhere. After 27 minutes on hold, a refund was finally granted. It took 1.5 hours to get settled into the room and the call completed. After driving 10 hours, expecting to get 8 hours sleep, this issue reduced our sleep time to 6 hours or less because now I can't sleep due to the frustration!!!

No chair or desk(large table and dirty couch)No Kleenex or clothes hangars; No coffee maker and only 1waste basket; hair dryer switch broken (only worked by resetting plug breaker); Air/heater unit writing over controls scratched off; Coffee in lobby like motor oil and 2 packaged muffins to pick from; toilet refill made whining noise audible from other room. Only positives - friendly and helpful Desk Clerk, clean bed and linens and nice gray shower surround.

They violated all my rights and my service dogs rights. no phone or anything in room. The only thing made it acceptable was the night lady Amanda. She was the ONLY reason I stayed!!!

This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Roaches, Sold my reserved room even after calling ahead to let them know about a later check in. No extra towels. They didn't have any. No phone in the room. Pool was closed, No wifi. THey will give you a password but you will not connect to it. Ever. Terrible. Just terrible. I might not ever use Days Inn again over this place.

Will never stay again.
Check in was at 3 o’clock room was not ready till after 4 o’clock room only had 2 towels and they were threadbare for 3 people tv did not work picture but no sound got it fixed but it went out again the next day, pool was not available, laundry facilities consisted of a washer and dryer outside, had roaches crawling across the ceiling. Breakfast consisted of a old danish that was flattened and coffee that looked like mud.

The rooms need a complete makeover. The chairs were torn. The sheets did not fit. The microwave was burned inside and nasty. The thing to hold your toilet paper on was broken. The remote didn’t work. It had no back on the remote. The air conditioner was not working correctly I had to use a fan, the property would not refund me my money, but the staff was excellent
