This property's location is doubtless its best highlight. It's nestled into a quiet, well maintained residential neighborhood. But walk just two minutes and you're on Main Street in the heart of Harwich Port Village, which is full of local charm, shops and restaurants. Keep walking for another six minutes and you're on Bank Street Beach, one of the best on Nantucket Sound.
Interior Space
The house is a renovated antique with some more recent additions The kitchen is a part of a more recent renovation and is fully equipped for meal prep. There's a dining table within the kitchen area and there's also a table just outside the kitchen on the patio. The main level consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. One bedroom has a queen bed, one with a twin plus a bunk (two additional twins) and the last has a twin with a trundle bed. The main living area is on the main level as well with a large sectional and a TV.
Upstairs you'll find two bedrooms: one with a queen bed and another with a single twin. There's also another full bathroom up here.
Exterior Space
Outside you have an unusually large lot for this section of Harwich Port with a lush irrigated lawn and grounds. There's the obligatory outdoor shower, a patio with a picnic table and lounge seating and finally a gas fire pit in the back corner of the lawn. Ample room for corn hole, bocce or any other lawn games.
