One could tell that in its heyday, this was a very busy place. But still holding on and very nice. Nothing fancy, but everything was clean and well maintained. The food was fantastic-one of the best meals I've ever had.

Hotellet er fint, ikke noget prangende og lidt gammelt men rent. Personalet talte ikke engelsk, men søde. Hovedbygningen var under renovation, og det vidste vi ikke på forhånd, det var lidt skyggende. Overraskende lækker aftensmad.

Ruhiges Hotel in waldnaher Lage. Schöner Poolbereich, sauberes und modernes Zimmer, nettes und hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption. Nur kleine Speisenauswahl am Abend und leider wenig für Vegetarier, aber trotzdem lecker.

Personal sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Zimmer sauber und ordentlich Wellnessbereich gut,Wasser in Schwimpool sehr kalt... Durch die Baustelle Anmeldung ( bisschen verwierend,statt Haupteingang bisschen in Hintertür...)und Parken sehr schwierig.

Leider gibt es keine Keilkopfkissen und es waren Spinnweben an der Decke. Das Hauskeeping hatte auch das Badezimmer, speziell den Waschtisch nicht gereinigt, auch der Fußboden im Badezimmer hatte, nachdem das Hauskeeping da war, immernoch Flecken.

Geen of zeer slechte WiFi, terwijl je wel een code meekrijgt. Lijkt een kleinigheid, maar het internet is toch een veel geraadpleegde bron. Ook bij folders in het hotel wordt verwezen naar informatie op het internet, maar die is dus niet of slecht bereikbaar.

Unsere Ankunft beim Hotel war zunächst ein Schock: leerstehende, teils baufällige unbeleuchtete Gebäude, Baustelleneinrichtungen. Nach einigem Suchen fanden wir dann doch unser Quartier, das wir in einem abseits liegenden Gebäude zugewiesen bekamen. Keine der beworbenen Einrichtungen konnte genutzt werden: kein Restaurant, kein Pool, kein Wellnessbereich. Am Abend der Ankunft kam um 22:08 Uhr eine E-Mail mit Informationen zu den genannten Einschränkungen; da schliefen wir bereits! Das Personal war zwar sehr bemüht und freundlich und auch das Frühstück war i.O. Trotzdem darf man nicht etwas anpreisen, das es so nicht gibt.

Godt hotel - god service i receptionen. Morgenmaden er fin, men de var ikke specielt gode til at fylde op. Flere gange manglede der flere ting - især hvis vi kom ned kl 9 Værelserne var fine - rengøringen på værelserne var virkelig god

The hotel was probably very nice many years ago, But is showing signs of Wear and tear all over. The food was terrible and overpriced, a tiramisu is not a scoop of pudding and a ladyfinger.

Gammelt hotel. Morgenmaden fin, men aftensmaden var ikke den bedste oplevelse. Ligger ca. 4 km fra mulighed for at købe mad andre steder. Måske p.gr.a. COVID-19

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hat mit aller Kraft versucht die Mängel zu entschuldigen. Das war leider auch schon alles was positiv zu erwähnen ist. Das Hotel ist ungepflegt und in die Jahre gekommen. Es wurde nur oberflächlich und schlecht geputzt. Das Essen im Hotel war lieblos und nicht zu empfehlen und das übrige Personal völlig überfordert und unhöflich. Das Zimmer entsprach bei Anreise nicht der gebuchten Beschreibung, war im Haupthaus und ungefähr 50 Grad heiß. Nach langem warten bekamen wir ein anderes. Von der Ausstattung und dem Alter her wesentlich besser, aber leider war das Reinigungspersonal nicht in der Lage sie Spuren der vorherigen Gäste zu beseitigen und wir mussten sogar um frische Handtücher bitten, weil man sogar vergessen hat diese auszutauschen. Wir würden dieses Hotel nie wieder buchen.
