"This was such a cute quaint stay! We came up north to ski at Shanty/Schuss and were looking or a cost-effective place to crash for the night and this was the perfect spot! We were warmly greeted by name at 9:30pm when we arrived. The room was clean and comfortable and close to a cute downtown where we could grab coffee and breakfast. We highly recommend staying here!"

"We had a fantastic winter getaway here. We came in just before a big snowstorm and watching it through the largo patio windows across the lake was beautiful. The hot tub was perfect for the cold nights. We also enjoyed the large kitchen space. "

And we really love the town of Elk Rapids especially in the Winter. Restaurant and shops are located very close by. You can walk to downtown from the home. The home is very comfortable and well taken care of. The owners provide necessities, so you don’t need to feel like you have to bring every little thing from home, making for an easy, relaxing get away! We would highly recommend this rental and owners! "Beautiful home situated perfectly and uniquely on the bay- stunning views and private wooded setting. We loved watching the swans swim by every day! House was well-stocked and immaculate; perfect blend of that cottage feel combined with luxury. Excellent communication with host. So many hiking trails, nature and beaches to experience in OMP, also a very nice grocery store & restaurant just up the road. Was a wonderful, quiet winter getaway for us! Will definitely stay again; thanks Nathan!"
