Nestled on the high street of Hurstpierpoint village, Morley’s Bistro is proud to serve excellent accommodation and food in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to stay with friends and family. Each room offers a comfortable bed, beautifully crisp white bedlinen, plump pillows and en-suites. All are equipped with a flat screen television, hairdryer and tea & coffee making facilities.

Pet Policy
Strictly only one small well behaved dog is welcome. An additional charge of £15 per night applies.

Pets are not allowed anywhere on any of the soft furnishings throughout the property.

If dogs get wet on a walk they will be thoroughly dried on arrival to your guest room.

Dogs should not be left alone in the room at anytime. Guests must ensure that their dogs will not cause damage to the room.

All guests are responsible for their pets in accordance with the Animal Welfare Act.

All pets kept at the property must be vaccinated and regularly treated for fleas and worms (if appropriate).

Guests are responsible for keeping all areas of the property clean and free from parasites, such as fleas.

Guests must ensure their pets do not cause a nuisance to other guests staying at the guesthouse. This includes excessive noise. Dogs must be kept under control and on a lead in any public places, communal areas and walkways.

Pets must not be allowed to foul inside the property. Any pet faeces must be removed immediately from the garden or outside areas and disposed of safely and hygienically.

Any animal listed in the schedule of the Dangerous Wild Animals Act 1976 may not be kept at the property.

Any dog listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991 may not be kept at the property with the exception of dogs registered on the Index of Exempted Dogs.
It is agreed that the guest will conduct him/ herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premise.

The Management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel forthwith, Without previous notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, and the guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of the default, the Management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied by him/her.
The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

No smoking is permitted inside the buildings. You are free to smoke outside in the public area, but please refrain from smoking anywhere inside.
Please be mindful that we have other guests staying within the building and that we ask you be quiet during the following hours 11pm - 8am.
Look after the rooms and all that are held within including all the soft furnishings and furniture. If you damage anything, please let us know so we can resolve this. The rooms are inspected regularly, however, if you happen to notice a maintenance issue or something not working such as a light or table lamp, please let us know by reporting to 01273 915 065.
If you are bringing your children, please do not leave young children unattended in the rooms.
Make sure you take all your belongs with you when you leave. A small admin charge and postage charge is applied for any items left and needing to be forwarded on to your home address.

It's nice property stayed here before on arrival room wasn't cleaned it was left mess previous guest but it was sorted quickly when I rang up .it's hassle free not have collect key check in being code operated will stay here again

We enjoyed our overnight stay room was very nice if stay again prefer 1st floor.quite and peaceful .parking not being on site was slight issue but carpark only short walk can cut through to property was also free in long stay .nice village
