Vallée Les Etoiles is located in the Belgian Ardennes on a sunny southern slope above the river Meuse. The park has a surface of 28 hectares and each luxurious chalet offers plenty of space and privacy. From the terrace you can peacefully enjoy the Meuse valley.
There is no lack of activities: tennis courts, an indoor pool and an indoor /outdoor playground guarantee many hours of fun regardless of the weather. In the summer season, the little ones will very much enjoy the animation team. Finally, there is the reception where you will be kindly assisted by the friendly staff.
Looking for a snack? Bite? Breakfast? Lunch? Dinner? The Brasserie Les Etoiles serves a whole array of feel-good foods for every moment of the day. Come on by near the entrance of the park and get ready to enjoy good food with a great view.

The La Lumière Comfort 5p is a detached chalet of approx. 54 m2, suitable for five people. The living room has a comfortable sitting and dining area with a TV and an electric fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, stove, kettle, coffee machine, and microwave.

The chalet features three bedrooms; one with a two-person box spring bed, one with two single box spring beds, and one with a single box spring bed. All beds include covers and pillows. The bathroom has a sink, shower, and toilet.

Outside, the furnished veranda terrace offers a stunning view of the Meuse Valley. It is not possible to place an extra cot in the home and highchairs can only be provided upon request. A maximum of 1 car can be parked at the accommodation.

The chalet is pet friendly and has free WIFI.

There are many attractive places to visit outside the park. The lively Dinant and the provincial capital of Namur are nearby. A boat trip on the Meuse, rock climbing, exploring stunning caves, relaxing and watching people go by at a sidewalk cafe, enjoying the beautiful landscape in a steam train, descending on the river with a kayak, relaxing cycling or walking through the green and wooded area: you can have it all when you stay at Vallée Les Etoiles.

The city you should definitely visit and explore is Dinant. The Citadel stands out as you drive through the valleys and hills of the Ardennes. Dinant is a city full of impressive sights. In this lively city, the terraces of the many cafes and restaurants along the banks of the Meuse river are a lot of fun in summer. From Dinant, you can take a boat trip on the river Meuse.

The Meuse river dominates the landscape and flows among beautiful rocks. It is a real feast for the eyes. Just before Dinant, people often go climbing on the rocks. You can also descend on the river Lesse in a rented kayak. Along the way you will discover the Ardennes in their entire beauty.

Underground rivers are fascinating! The caves of Han that are three stars rated in the Michelin guide are more than worth a visit! An underground ride with a hundred years old tram, guided tours in different languages, a sound and light show. When on your way, stop at one of the many sluices or even sail on a boat through the sluices, an unique experience.

In Han-sur-Lesse Wildlife Park there are several species of wild animals that originally lived in this area, which have found their home again.

Near and along the park there are a number of walking and cycling routes for all our sporty guests.
Go on an extraordinary journey through the Three Valleys aboard of an authentic steam train. The historic railway through the area is the finest in Europe. You will find plenty of space and relaxing opportunities in the area. Along the way you will be impressed by the green and wooded area. The river Meuse will take you everywhere!
Nearby there are many monasteries, castles and churches, including the Abbey of Leffe, where the renowned beer is still brewed

Do not forget to go shopping in the provincial town of Namur, located on the Meuse and Sambre.

There are a lot of things to do in and around Vallée Les Etoiles.


Arrival
If your bungalow isn’t clean or in case of technical problems, we ask you to notify the front desk immediately.
Boiler: If you don’t have warm water upon arrival, please verify if the fuse in the fuse box is in the “on/up“ position.
The fuse box is located in the type of bungalow:
- Soleil 4 people: small bedroom, cabinet to the left, underneath.
- La Lumière/La Lune/La Terre 6-8 people: in the hallway between the 2 little bedrooms.

You can park your car on the designated parking areas along the road. Please do NOT park your car on the grass or the round points.
Please verify that the other residents can easily enter and leave these secondary roads.
Please respect the household regulations of the cottage that has been accorded to you.
ALL our cottages are non-smoking and some are animal free. This means that it is strictly forbidden to smoke inside anywhere and in some cottages to bring animals inside.
The view is as important to you as it is for your neighbors. Therefore we ask you not to dry your laundry outside.
Quads are not allowed in the Park.
Because of the fire hazard, it is not allowed to use charcoal barbecues. Only gas barbecues are allowed.
Restaurant
Open every day between 8:30 and 21:00, the Brasserie Les Etoiles restaurant serves a whole array of feel-good foods for every moment of the day.

New Restaurant Hours:
- September 16 - October 20: Open Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- October 21 - November 3 (Autumn Holidays): Open all week
- November 4 - December 18: Open Monday (until 17:00), Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday
- December 19 - January 5 (including Christmas): Open all week
Payment
At the reception only payments per card are accepted.
Opening Hours
The opening hours of the front office and the pool are posted on the information boards located at the front office, the pool and the laundry room.
Tranquility
Please respect the silence between 22hrs and 8hrs in order to allow your neighbors to enjoy their night’s rest. Parc officials can give additional instructions that tenants need to follow.
Departure
You need to leave the cottage before 10.00 AM. If you leave later, we are forced to charge you an additional fee. Please verify that the cottage is neat and tidy:
The dishes are done. The dishwasher has to be empty.
The fridge is emptied.
The garbage is deposed in the garbage containers, at the end of the park.
The terrace furniture is put back in place.
Please leave the pillows, mattress protectors and blankets in the bungalow.
Dogs
Please make use of the foreseen doggy toilets or doggy bags. You always need to notify in advance if you will be bringing a pet. Maximum 2 pets per bungalow. (5,5€/night).
In the Park, it is obligated to keep your dog on a leash.
Waste
Please bring your own garbage to the foreseen waste and glass containers in the park. If you do not carry away the garbage, an additional fee will be charged.

Bath Towels: 7 €/package – Kitchen Towels: 5 €
Child furniture: travel bed and high chair - 5 €/day.
Sauna

The sauna is available only on reservation at the reception desk. You can rent it at 30€ for 2 hours. It is suitable for 2 to 4 persons.

Note: Vallée les Etoiles maintains the right to implement any structural or temporary changes if necessary.
There are 6 charging points for electric cars in the park. For a fee it is possible to charge electric cars. To use our charging points, you need a charging card or app and this should be compatible with MobilityPlus.
It is forbidden to charge electric cars at the accommodations!

Een zeer net park word goed onderhouden, bijna alle huisjes liggen zo gesitueerd dat je vanaf je zitje vrij uitzicht heb en niet direct op andere huisje uitkijkt. Voor mensen die slechter te been zijn of rolstoel of rollator afhankelijk zijn zouden dit wel moeten aangeven er zijn namelijk huisjes die moeilijk te bereiken zijn i.v.m. hoogte verschil.

A great place
The house was fine and clean. We were a little surprised by hos few of the staff could speak english. Even the reception couldn't. The nice view was blocked by trees. Some places there was benches to sit on but the trees blocked the view. Nice to se a place being so dog friendly.

Nice simple house on a beautiful spot!
The house is simple but has everything you need. It has a lovely terras with a beautiful view. The people of the park are very kind; they do their best to give you a comfortable stay. Unfortunately the restaurant burned down, but you can still have a nice meal near the restaurant at the reception. There is enough to see and to do nearby the park. They are very nice to your dog as well.
