Nice location with wonderful view
Good scene from the balcony! Easy access to city centre. Front counter staff speaks fluent Malay. WIFI connection unstable. I left my belonging on 24th Dec and they kept my item until i arrange for pick up. All in good hands! Communication via email a big let down. Did not reply email at all.

Nice hotel with excellent sporting facilities!
The check in was quick and the front office staff were helpful. Both could speak English so there wasn't any communication problems. The rooms were excellent, probably due to the fact that the hotel is relatively new. Sports enthusiasts should find this hotel great, especially for tennis, badminton and boxing.The gym is nice too. We went there for a local tennis tournament and due to the schedule we need to play way past the check out time which was 12pm. The owner allowed us to stay till we finished our games which I thought was very nice of him. Overall, nothing much to complain......about 4.5km from town center, so shoppers would be slightly inconvenienced.

Beautiful hotel in the countryside!
We love this place! Everyone working here is very hospitable and kind. Restaurant workers, front desk staff, fitness facilities workers, EVERYONE IS GREAT! Delicious food at the restaurant and very good price! Room is very clean and modern. Big television! View from our balcony is beautiful of the mountains and jungle.
