The location of the hotel is just right at the corner of city centre. Easily accessible to all major tourist attractions and shopping centres. More importantly, the price just about right and value for money. However, the hotel do need to improve and maintain its ageing facilities from time to time.

Staff very friendly and the room is clean but the facilities very old. Around 15mins walking distance to most of the famous places, 7-11 and night market. Overall is comfortable stay in this hotel with this low price.

There was no WIFI in the room and for the fact when Expedia advertise the property they should have make it clear to the customer. The WiFi is only available in the lobby unfortunately it was rather weak. Also there were mosquitoes flying in the lobby and I got bitten several times.

Restaurants closed at night so I was unable to eat my cup noodles with forks or chopsticks, and had to use my fingers instead. (Dont judge me, I was hungry). Staff’s Command of English was okay, enough to communicate. But they were very prompt and friendly and initiative in helping us, pretty good service. Good morning walk (very managable) to the city center for activities, meals and tuktuk rides. Relatively more quiet and less crowded vicinity than other hotels in Hatyai than I have stayed in.

The area is slightly off the shopping malls ... in fact, I was planning for Lee Gardens Plaza and didn’t know that Lee Gardens Hotel is a different Hotel.
