Hatteras 1 Bedroom Condo with Pool Best Beaches are at the End!!! Ground Floor

I provide all of my guests local knowledge and recommendations. Villas of Hatteras Landing is the perfect spot for your vacation. Big Pool, Two Marinas, Best Beach right across the road and the Orcacoke Ferry all right out of your doorstep. Hatteras Landing shops and restaurants all within in a very short walk. You can rent golf carts, bicycles, kayaks, SUPs or Charter a Boat for Fishing. Slash Creek Outfitters are recommended for rentals. . King Bed and Queen Sofa Sleeper with memory foam will sleep 4. Kitchen with New Appliances including a convection oven for all your cooking needs. New Carpet, Furniture, and Doors. First Floor poolside!!!

Our Villa is one of only 8 that has a first floor rear patio exit (most desired)..You can park right outside your door. New Passenger Ferry to Ocracoke so you may never even need your car during your visit unless you want to drive out on one of the many beach accesses. Public Beach Access and shower is right out the door across the road (one block) Free Laundry and Ice on site. Two Gas Grills by the pool. 50" LED TV, DVD player and Bluetooth speaker. Actual pictures of the unit so you know what you are getting. All are similar but owners do upgrades on their own. Our unit is one of the nicest ones in the complex.
No check in is required because there is a key pad.. Plenty of parking right outside the condo. Linens are included in all rentals. Just bring your beach gear. (some chairs and umbrellas may be on the back porch but I can't guarantee it)
Bikes, kayaks, etc. are available for rent in town. Pool/Grills are open April 1st to October 31st.

Perfect place to relax
This is a great place to relax and enjoy fishing close by. The Villa is equipped with everything you need. Very clean, comfortable furniture and bed. Quiet area on the island. The property owner was quick to reply to all texts. Check out this diamond.

We enjoyed staying at this condo! Feedback I shared with the owner is the need for a kitchen hand/dish towel and the WiFi was weak. The internet provider was recently changed and the front desk was aware of the issue. The exterior updates are nice to see! Sol, Breakwater, Dinky's...all solid!

The place was very clean , I liked that it was ground floor and easy to access our car (could pull up to the bedroom area). The pool was easy to get to , full size frig. Property manager was very helpful , was a great stay and hope to come back!

Couldn't have been any happier
This was a great spot for a short getaway. We needed it quiet in the middle of summer and that's what we got. Loved the pool and the beaches. The apartment is very well kept and in a perfect location, close to everything you need. We had a wonderful time.

Great family vacation
I booked this place for my parents. They are in their 70’s. Perfect location with no stairs and close to the pool. It’s very cozy and relaxing. Also easy walk to the sunrise and the sunset! My son and his family live in Frisco so we were not that far from them. So many great restaurants and shops in between. We will definitely be staying here again! Thank you.

Perfect Fall Getaway in the Villas of Hatteras
The condo is very clean and the owner is really quick to respond to inquiries. It's located on the lower floor in a perfect location to use the pool, grill and other amenities at the complex. The bed and furniture are very comfortable and clean. The appliances work well and the kitchen is stocked fairly well with everything you need to cook and grill out if you choose to. This is my second stay here and I look forward to next year!

Wonderful stay
We had a great stay here. It was very clean upon arrival. The location was perfect for us. A short walk to the beach was nice especially to see the beautiful sunrise. Seeing the sunset at the marina a few steps away was the cherry on top (plus live music) Taking the ferry (next door) to Ocracoke was the highlight of our trip. Getting to know the locals that live there was pretty cool. Everyone was so friendly. Cant wait to stay here again.

Perfect family getaway
My family of 4 had a wonderful experience at this condo. The condo looked better in person than in the pictures! The beach is a very short walk across the street. The condo was close to stores and restaurants. We had such a fun, relaxing time. The owner was super accommodating when we asked to extend our trip. We can’t wait to go back :)

Overall we had a nice stay, the condo was clean and orderly. People need to follow instruction to not wear shoes inside, we followed the instruction, and because of that we stepped on burrs with bare feet that were in the carpet, likely from someone's shoes.... I removed over 20 from the carpet. The bedroom AC unit was loud and did not cool, reported it, but repair person was not available until after we left, fortunately it was pretty mild, but, not much sleep in a stuffy room. Assuming that gets repaired, we would consider that condo again, the location was good, quiet, about as far south as you can go in Hatteras

Very nice and clean unit
unit was like new condition. Very well kept. Will recomend it's usege to friends. Only down issue was oversized chair near bed the made walking around bed very close causing uneasy footing.
