The hotel was clean, comfortable. It was just an overnight stay for us on the road, but it was perfect for our needs. Very near the interstate. Easy off, easy on. The checkin was seamless, getting to our room within 5 minutes!

Room was nice and clean. My only complaint is the tv was not working. When I called the front desk, I was told the system was down for the entire hotel. I found that odd, since the tv in the lobby was on and working. I understand things happen but could have been told sorry for the inconvenience, we are working to get it fixed. But no, nothing.

GREAT STAFF AND LOCATION!!!! The rooms are nice and the staff was very friendly. I wish the room had microwaves, but there are some in the lobby. I will definitely stay again!!

I didn’t like the noise coming from the room across the hall from 10:30 pm until after midnight. Kids yelling and screaming while we were trying to sleep. I went to the front desk at 11:30 to complain. The front desk person said they would call the room and tell them to be quiet but that never happened. The next morning as we were leaving the woman across the hall came out of her room with 3 children and she was a hotel employee. We complained to the manager as we were leaving. He said unfortunately he couldn’t offer any kind of discount on the room because we booked through Expedia however he would definitely take came of the situation with the employee.

Nice hotel. Stayed for overnight trip to take kids to water park. Clean, breakfast was grab and go. Room and bathroom clean. Not sure if there was construction going on or walls super thin, lots of bumping going on throughout the night. But we had toddlers who also made noise so no need to complain. Would stay again.
