As others have noted, our room had a strong smell of mold/mildew. Also, no view through windows as condensation between glass covered all windows. I looked from the outside and all rooms had some form of condensation. Nothing else about this property matters when you are worried about your health. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Great place to stay
Very comfortable room. Some of the furniture was dated and worn and needed to be replaced. Service was excellent!!! Older lady (wish I could remember her name, African American) working the front desk from 3-11 was amazing!!! I can’t say enough nice things about her. We had a newborn with us and she went out of her way to make our stay was very comfortable. .

The front desk staff was great. However, the person at breakfast was very rude. I was fixing my breakfast and she came and shut all the lights off at 8:58am, started picking things up as I was using them and slamming things as if to let me know how terrible I was for fixing my breakfast so close to closing time.

Could not enjoy the pool whatsoever because it was wayyyy too many bugs. I do understand it is an outside pool but my god!! My booking was cancelled and I had to rebook. The front desk receptionist when I checked in was very rude, did not give the Wi-Fi password it was just horrible!! The crew that came in I think maybe 4-5pm was absolutely incredible!! Breakfast doesn’t have many options either.

The check in was a nightmare we had just drove 7 hours very tired. The lady at the front desk was very busy and our check in was very confusing to her due to the way it was in the way it came across their system. It was asking for a code that she didn't have she ran my card for extrasif needed , when she did it charge my room twice. After calling hotels. Com, I was refunded for the prepaid but didn't get my discount for this stay. After a hour and half we finally got a room. The room was ok the shower needs some TLC and the carpet didn't look like it had been cleaned at all. Beds were very good. The front desk lady super nice and did the best she could with the situation.
