I really enjoyed the property overall. It was clean, the breakfast was good, very quick and convenient. The staff was amazing all around, housekeep, front desk and lunch staff. I would return again.

Had to pay $150 to have our small dog stay - for room cleaning - upon checking, room did not look like it was vacuumed before our arrival - food crumbs on carpet - bathroom not overly clean, or stocked, 2 tissues in box. Towels were cleaned but stained. Carpet is very stained - rooms need some TLC.

I was hesitant to stay directly the 495 Long Island Expressway Drive South Service road, but it was as quiet as my bedroom at home. It was do peaceful, we did not know there was a major highway just yards away. Tabitha and her team accomodated us with special considerations to get my 92 year old mother registered before check in. Housekeeping were also friendly, courteous and on spot. We had a handicapped accessible room, the only negative thing about the stay was the height of the beds, th ey were way too high for a super senior to easily get in and out of. I also appreciate they have mattress protectors on the beds, but i I wish they were clothh and not plastic. They are also dog friendly! We will.be back.
