I was hesitant to stay directly the 495 Long Island Expressway Drive South Service road, but it was as quiet as my bedroom at home. It was do peaceful, we did not know there was a major highway just yards away. Tabitha and her team accomodated us with special considerations to get my 92 year old mother registered before check in. Housekeeping were also friendly, courteous and on spot. We had a handicapped accessible room, the only negative thing about the stay was the height of the beds, th ey were way too high for a super senior to easily get in and out of. I also appreciate they have mattress protectors on the beds, but i I wish they were clothh and not plastic. They are also dog friendly! We will.be back.

The location is good if you have business with the government. The state office house is 8 minutes from the hotel which is great. You're really not close to anything if you're staying for vacation. Good for family visits.

House Keeping every day was nice but did not replenish coffee pods everyday. Did have 24 hr coffee in the lobby. The staff however was the friendliest I have ever encountered! Made the stay perfect.

Location just off the highway was convenient, parking was plentiful and easy. Room was okay. Lots of hair in the bathroom and old stains on the towels and bedspread made it feel not the cleanest. Breakfast was better stocked on the weekend than weekday. Overall just okay, but did the job.
