The location was nice, great view and has potential. They are doing some construction/remodeling so maybe the condition of the unit will improve. The property was run down and not very clean. AC consisted of a portable unit that never got the temperature in the unit below 78 degrees. No curtains on the windows so it was very bright for sleeping. Lots of highway noise. Bedroom was so small you couldn’t even walk around the bed, you have to crawl up the bed from the bottom to get in it. Would not stay here again.

Pretty views but small
The space was clean, and the ocean views were amazing. The communication was timely and very helpful. Although it was listed for 6 people, I would not stay with more than 4 people here. There is only one dresser with 5 drawers so with all our luggage it was very crowded. Also I would say that the beach is not for relaxing as there really is no sand space to set out chairs or towels. I booked this property for four nights so that we could explore a different part of the island during the second half of our vacation. This was a big mistake!! This property is run down and unkept, not a luxury condo as the description states. The floor was stained, the paint on the walls was peeling, the whole place smelled musty, the sheets on the sofa sleeper had rust on them, as well as the beach chairs (I cut my finger carrying them out to the beach), my husband and I awoke with several bug bites. There were ear plugs provided, and I quickly realized why. There was a lot of noise at this property. The highway noise was nonstop (we barely slept). There was also a lot of construction and landscaping noise during the day. Needless to say, after one horrible night we packed up and left. We were lucky to be able to rebook at the same place we had stayed during the first part of our vacation. For the same price as this property, we headed back to Waikiki Shores Condominiums, where we stayed on the beach and enjoyed a gorgeous view. When I informed the host we were leaving early and why, I was offered a voucher for one of their other locations (Maui or Miami) for the three nights we didn't stay. In exchange they demanded a 10/10 review from me for this stay. After I refused, I was offered the voucher again, but only if I gave no review at all. I refused this offer as well. I am happy to give an honest review so that hopefully others do not make the same mistake I did.

clean condo, unobstructed views of the pacific
detailed instruction on how to check in.. clean property, right on the beach.. a kitchen with everything needed to cook some meals while looking the ocean.. the patio had unobstructed views of the pacific ocean.. close to many of the north shore beaches and not far from honolulu too.. plenty of parking on the property

Very nice condo very comfortable for 4-5 people amazing panoramic $1M ocean view loved the location being far from the hustle of waikiki and yet right by a wonderful swimming and snorkling beach will be back for sure
