1st time in Cuba!
Vedadado Apartment is on Calle 23 a busy artery through Vedado easy access to Old Havanna. You can experience Cuba's everyday modern life or the history of old Havanna. Comfortable if you can navigate the 3rd floor beautiful marble stairs . The staff picked me up & dropped me off at airport. Has Beer & water vending onsite. I would definitely stay there again! Same address,Nely's restaurant was delicious! Jim

We have also registered a complaint with Expedia.ca by phone today. We booked 11 nights at House Vedado Centre Aug 23-Sept 3 and ended up staying 1 night (Aug 24/18). We are requesting a refund for 8 nights due to a misrepresentation of the property on the website vs what we actually encountered/experienced. Website photos of House Vedado Centre showed a bathroom which was not what we received - the bathroom was tiny, smelled of septic/sewage and had the shower attached to the sink with a curtain to wrap around you; plumbing was garden hose. The main bedroom did not have a bathroom, you had to walk down a hallway past other guest rooms to get to the second bedroom/bathroom to use this tiny bathroom. The main bedroom had a strong insecticide chemical smell. No breakfasts were available as advertised and random people were knocking on our door early in the morning. The hallway walking to the second bedroom was unsafe in the night as you did not know how was around in the communal kitchen or dining room. The A/C in main bedroom only worked intermittently and we had to fix the hanging cords from the outlet in the ceiling. The door locks to main area and main bedroom were very cumbersome and difficult to open. We had to find another place and paid for another 8 nights, which became expensive and inconvenient.

Easy access to taxis and major sites.
Great location with lots of food options. Very clean facilities. Only downside to our stay was the distance of the bathroom from our room. We thought the room we booked was ensuite, but it was not. Also, if you are not prepared to walk up and down three flights of stairs, then this is not the place for you.

Quedamos en que nos fuera a buscar al aeropuerto y no vino. Nos recolocaron en otra casa porque tenía overbooking, que estaba muy bien y cerca de la que reservamos,sin sobrecoste Nos cobraron los 5 CUC de limpieza a pesar de estar en otra casa.

Accueil sympathique. Appartement ancien, meubles d'époque, bien situé dans le quartier nouveau de la Havane. Ce n'est pas un hotel comme nous l'entendons en France, mais un appartement transformé, en plusieurs chambres avec salle de bains privative ou non. Cuisine et salon communs. Cependant le confort est tout de même rudimentaire. Les draps laissent à désirer car trop petits pour la largeur du lit (180). Par contre rien à redire sur la propreté de la salle de bains et la chambre.

Es un lugar antiguo, queda en un tercer piso sin ascensor, SIN TELEVISIÓN ni nevera en la habitación; sábanas y toallas muy viejas. La sábana ni cubría todo el colchón. Al final te dice que tienes que pagar 5 dólares por la limpieza y tienes que darle 30 dólares el primer día como fianza. No tiene servicio de desayuno. Para mi ES POCO RECOMENDABLE. 👎

정말 나쁜 호스트.
늦은밤 숙소에 도착했는데 호스트가 안 나타났고 전화를 했는데 받지도 않고, 5시간동안 숙소와 익스피디아와 통화를 하고 생난리를 치고 제가 근처 호텔을 다시잡아 새벽 3시에 다른 호텔에 입실을 했어요. 다음날 메일로 미안하다며 다시 투숙을 하겠냐고 물어보더라구요. 절대로 예약하지.마세요
