The Property, being a 22 story skyscraper, should come with dramatic warnings about the properties condition. It's location was excellent but it was not being maintained. Examples: Window in bathroom stuck open and elevators and water only work when building has power. With daily rolling blackouts, this property should have generator backup.

Superb Luxury Apartment in Vedado
Superb apartment in a great location, situated in Vedado and close to local restaurants and museums and only a short walk from the Hotel Nacional - our hosts Leito and Frank were really helpful and arranged taxi transfers to and from the airport - first time in Havana and really enjoyable stay.

Gran opción en el vedado para viaje de amigos
El departamento es excelente en cuanto a ubicación, comodidad y amenidades Tuvimos un detalle con el agua pero no es por cuestión del dueño sino un tema generalizado en el vedado, fuera de eso, gran comunicación con los dueños y mis respetos para Fernando de limpieza, gran atención Igualmente Leonardo en servicios al huésped
