I checked in on Friday night, the next day we left around noon and were gone all day, we noticed the room hadn’t been cleaned when we got back to the hotel late Saturday night. Before we left for the day on Sunday around noon, I went to the front desk and asked the clerk if she could ensure that my room was cleaned because it hadn’t been cleaned the day before. She said she would make sure and get someone to go and do it. Got back late Sunday evening and the room was not cleaned again! I went to talk to the front desk clerk, and she wasn’t very helpful, I asked if I could at least get 2 clean towels and she acted like it was a huge chore just to do that for me. Probably won’t stay at this property again, they raise their prices during the powwow week end in Rocky Boy but they sure didn’t raise the quality of their service!!!
