The main bedroom can also accommodate an additional guest as the adjoining room has a sofa bed available.

Walking distance to the shops, golf course, restaurants and Jimmy's Beach.

-No Garage Access – Single carport only.

-Driveway is steep and narrow in width, suitable for small to medium sized vehicles only.

-You need to BYO sheets, pillows cases and all of your towels.

-Strict no party or function policy.

-Windows can only be opened 12cm due to Strata NSW legislation/limiters.
