The Space:
A large front yard brings you into the house’s tiled entrance hall and then on to a spacious living space with polished floorboards throughout, wall-mounted reverse-cycle aircon, 2 sofas, a square ottoman, coffee table and TV for DVD viewing. There are 3 bedrooms available downstairs, all carpeted with queen-sized beds, ceiling fans and block-out blinds for sleep-ins. The bathroom on this level has a combined shower/bathtub. Glass sliding doors take you from the living space out to an undercover paved patio with a barbecue, day bed and a hanging egg chair, beyond which is an expansive lawn area with an al fresco 8 person dining table, a fire pit and a volleyball net for fitness and fun.
Back inside, a flight of carpeted stairs brings you upstairs to an open-plan living/dining/kitchen area, also with polished floors throughout, its own wall-mounted reverse-cycle air-con, 2 comfy sofas, 2 arm chairs, a coffee table and large ‘smart’ TV. A dining table for 8 people overlooks the fully-equipped kitchen, offering plenty of bench space for food prep, a dishwasher, 4-hotplate electric cooktop, electric oven and a microwave. More sliding doors take you out to a wide deck that overlooks the back yard with the ocean beyond, and comes with banana lounges and chairs. Follow the decking around to the front of the house where you’ll find another alfresco dining area overlooking the quiet street, with a table setting for 8 people and a couple more banana lounges.
The carpeted master bedroom is also on this upper floor, with a queen sized bed, armchair, TV with free-to-air channels , and floor-to-ceiling windows offering ocean glimpses, as well as block out blinds. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a roomy glass enclosed shower recess. There’s also a powder room on this floor with a vanity and sink, leading to a separate toilet.
The house’s European style laundry is downstairs in the entrance hall and comes with a washing machine and separate dryer, with a clothes line in the front yard too.
The Neighborhood:
Situated an hour’s drive from Adelaide, Hayborough is a beachside suburb on the south coast of Fleurieu Peninsula and ideally located right between Victor Harbour and Port Elliott with a host of activities to enjoy. Visit the Victor Harbor beachside markets, Fleurieu Aquatic Centre, the Girdler Family amusement park or ride the historic horse-drawn tram. You can even get rid your frustrations at the Chopit Axe Throwing alleys – all just a few minutes’ drive from the house. There’s a Coles supermarket, shops and eateries a short walk away, or if you simply want to hang out on the beach, it’s only a 5 minute stroll from the house.

This property is best suited to guests with a car and off-street parking is available.
