A Perfect Gathering Space
We celebrated our Girl's Weekend and this house was perfect! Plenty of beds, plenty of towels and a good space to just enjoy each other's company. Looks are deceiving; no one thought the house was big enough just by looking at it from the street. Another big plus is the parking area. Plenty of room there, also. Thank you so much!

The place is nicely renovated and convenient for large groups. We arrived and the door was unlocked and the home not cleaned from previous renters. Bathrooms were dirty and beds unmade. The host responded in about an hour and apologized. He came over to clean and change bedding. It was inconvenient to try and get ready for our event with cleaner there and dirty bathrooms. Part of our group left to get a hotel room or stay with other friends. I understand mix ups happen and he responded and remedied the situation, but for over 400 a night…this was disappointing and no discount was offered.

Everything was clean and stocked very well! Enjoyed our family visit Thank you!! We however did have 5 people ranging from 60 -79 and the housekeepers dumped the mop water on the porch and entrance to the house from the back door. Solid ice and after 3 full days the ice finally melted off the porch but some still remains at entrance. All fine, just thought you should know to prevent a total catastrophe. Could barely stand little own walk. Happy Holidays!!! We will be back!!! Janet

Great place that was mid point from us to travel! Lots of room! Plenty of beds. Only complaint was that the place smelled with an oder. We bought supplies to combat the oder which ed helped the upstairs. The people in the basement dealt with it all weekend. I did let the owner know about the smell.

This property worked well for our family of 9. It was nice to have 3 full bathrooms. The A/C worked so well! Nice new kitchen and appliances. Nice new washing machine. Outside and some of the house is still a work in progress, but we would stay here again.

The inside of the home was perfect. All bedrooms very comfortable for our large group. Worked out well for everyone. The kitchen had all the necessary dishes and pans to make meals at home for everyone.

Wonderful space
Hays was about a 2 hour drive for my parents, my brother's family and my family. We met there to celebrate my mom & dad's 50th anniversary. It was the perfect space to spend a weekend celebrating! We could play games, the kids all had their own rooms and we could just spend time together in comfort. We would totally stay here again and would recommend it to anyone with a big group going to Hays. There were so many beds and spaces that the 12 of us never felt crowded. What a great space and so much better to meet than at a hotel!

This is a wonderful house in a great neighborhood. So much room not just sleeping room but great living spaces as well. There is a park a block away and the area was safe and quiet. We definitely recommend staying here.

We loved our stay. Incredible space for 12 people. We could spread out with 2 living areas. Kids loved the Pac-Man arcade. Tastefully remodeled, older home.
