Besides carrying my bags, showing me the room, organising my breakfast and at the time of departure helping me to the taxi for the airport he did all this cheerfully. Dafne at reception was very kind, efficient and helpful in arranging my local travel and even organising room service. The paperwork and invoicing was handled smoothly and efficiently.
