A special thanks to Mr Siyani who helped us with a few issues with our first room and resolved really quickly and professionally, you are a credit to Nevali Hotel. Services were fantastic, great choice of food, good facilite, easy parking and always greeted with a smile. Great location and walkable to the main streets and short drive to the local tourist sites. Besides carrying my bags, showing me the room, organising my breakfast and at the time of departure helping me to the taxi for the airport he did all this cheerfully. Dafne at reception was very kind, efficient and helpful in arranging my local travel and even organising room service. The paperwork and invoicing was handled smoothly and efficiently.
